My friend saw Christa Akroyd last week in York and she said she looks really good, . Does anyone know how old she is? My husband thinks she is in her 50's but we think she is younger.

She is a presenter on the local news here in yorkshire. Currently working on bbc's look north but she used to present Calander news for Yorkshire tv on ITV.

Christa lives near me and our children met up at parties etc in the locality etc. I know she is older than me and she is in her early 50's and does look remarkable since she lost all her excess weight. Weight aside, she was always a striking woman.
