has anyone got an allergy to gloss paint? when i was painting my sons room a couple years ago using gloss paint, i had like stinking cold for days after, since then i try to buy some odourless paint but went to my pals the other day she had been glossing her tiles and cupboards in her kitchen since then, havent been well again streeming eyes and nose,

yeah its the strong chemical vapour

I dont like it either so I normally use water based Satinwood instead
Gloss is horrible to work with.

thanks for your replys so quickly, will definately be avoiding gloss for now on, funny thing was only in my pals for half hour, lol

I don't know if it's any good, but Crown have been advertising odourless paint on TV
