Having downloaded a new font, how do i transfer it to make it default font in Outlook and Word programmes please ?

First, you need to import it.

Control Panel, Fonts
File/Install new font
Locate the downloaded font, highlight it and click OK

It will now appear in the font lists in Outlook and Word and you can set the default in the usual way.

If you have that font on your PC and you type an e-mail using that font then fine.

But surely if the person who receives that e-mail has NOT got that font installed they wont see the e-mail in that font.
