If I covered my car in grass and drove it around would it cancel out the CO2 emmisions that my car was making as plants breath in CO2.

Oh that it were that easy!

Put a hose on your exhaust pipe, and back into your car. Then you could recycle it.

Or maybe have a custom made back box filled with plants that would take more CO2 out of the fumes....
