VW Bora airbag

In order to fit a child seat in the front, I need to turn off the passenger airbag. Does anyone know where the switch is? I have looked in the glove compartment (as per the manual ) but can't see it.
Car is Bora 54 Reg / 1.9 TDI Highline

My guess is you are looking for a lock to put the ignition key in, which is in the glove box opening and I will stick my neck out and guess further that it is in the top right hand corner of the glove box front (once opened).

If you have tried this or I am wrong I apologise, good luck

Not sure if this helps but in the Skoda which is the same chassis and slight interior the swith key is located to the right of the steering wheel in a pull down compartment. Good luck any way!
