Metro's in Newport

Does anyone know if there is still a nightclub called Metro's in Newport, Gwent? Is there still a nightclub called Rudi's, played dance music? Spent a few years of my youth there when serving in the Forces, good times had by all.

I live in Newport so I know about Rudi.s that was closed a few years ago was Metros in John Forst Square not too sure about that one but it is definitely not there now.

Metro's was off the main high street I think, opposite a bar called the Scrum Half. I used to frequent bars called The Arcade and Lloyds, Brooklyn Heights was a popular after hours jaunt.

I have just found out Metros was closed quite a number of years ago. Brooklyn heights is renamed Zanzibar LLoyds is still there. But if you are thinking of coming back it is not a very nice place in the evenings now it always seems to be one fight or another at the clubs and pubs now.
