I take it you have registered and have a 'bebo' name-with a user name that starts with an < and ends with an > -thats the name bebo allocates you.
If you look down the left hand side of the page which comes up you will see skins -click on that and you can pick your background.
Further up still on the left hand side -see 'edit' -thats where you can add all the info - its like your profile- about yourself on
It took me ages for me to get a handle on it -no surprise there then -suppose half the fun was trying to get on the bleeding thing..
Just keep mucking about with it and you'll be surpised what you can add.
