Answerbank will never bar any user from this site.
There have been numerous occasions when a permanent barring has been in order for posting sick/threatening/abusive posts, but, when the Editorial team ban the poster and removed the posts, they (the poster) simply adopts a new username and is allowed to carry on regardless, sometimes they have returned in under 5 minutes boasting about how easy it is to beat the ban
