1) Research for potential employers using Yellow Pages or similar, bearing in mind that legally you can work for a max of 8 hours per week, and no more than 4 hrs in one day.
2) Phone places up, ask to speak to manager.
3) In polite voice explain you are fourteen and would love to work for them - do they have any vancies. The most likely jobs are probably in retail outlets.
