reheating turkey thigh

have leftover turkey thigh joint (off the bone), and a very nice gravy too. ive never used the method of reheating in gravy, can someone guide me? do i put the cold meat in cold gravy and heat it for how long at what temp? or cold meat into hot gravy for how long at what temp? thanks in advance x
