I go to the gym usually 2 times per week, often on consecutive days to get it over and done with! I have got dry/damaged hair from overprocess hair colour, my question is: if my hair is very sweaty after the gym - is it better to wash, condition and blow dry my hair (as it doesnt go straight and is hard to tie back as its a bit short) OR leave it to dry with sweat in and wash it the following day after my 2nd gym sesssion??? Please help me...Natalie.

going to the gym on consecutive days will limit exs effectiveness. dont know about your hair tho :)
Wash your hair before going to the gym and pat it dry with a towel if possible - then apply some leave in conditioner and slick it back into a headband of some kind to stop it from flopping in your face. Rinse your hair when you finish and you can blow dry if you want to...but I am afraid that I do not advocate blow drying as it has very damaging properties. Try also using a shampoo and regular conditioner specifically for dry hair, with added nutrients. I recommend Lush's Big and American Cream and the new ranges from The Body Shop.
you could wash it after just use a nice moisturising shampoo and conditioner and you should be fine. don't just buy any old crap shampoo from boots get a proffesional one, it will last 2-3 times longer will cleanse the hair better and will help with the dry/damage.
