ok this one is incredibly simple and quick to make. You just need 3 ingredients: honey, greek yogurt (or alternative) and crunchy muesli. Get small glass jars and make 3 layers: bottom layer honey, then most of the pot is yogurt, and sprinkle with muesli.
Hi, chazza! This is quite a summery one, but lovely, nonetheless. :)

I'm not too sure what strawberries are like at this time of the year, but you need a punnet of them, some double cream, sugar, honey and oats.

Whip the cream until thick enough to spoon. Toast a couple of handfuls of the oats, then mix into the cream with a little sugar and honey ( to taste)- then layer in a glass with the strawberries.

Very simple (and sweet), but de-lish. :)

Do a banana custard, and slice up strawberries on the top. Finish it off by crumbling merengue over the lot of it. Lovely - and takes about five minutes!
Eton Mess

Meringues (those nice chewy ones best), cream, strawberries or any fruit

If slimming use plain yoghurt

Break up meringue, add cream, fruit

Simple and delicious!
i agree with kanewood, eton mess is lovely and an be varied to personal taste and diet requirements, think might have tha tonight as well lol

Thanks all, might have to make more than one now with all those suggestions!
This one takes about 10 minutes:

Almond Cream

1 cup sour cream
3 Tbsp powdered sugar
1-1/2 Tbsp. almond liqueur
1 tsp. almond extract

Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl and stir well to blend.
Cover and chill until ready to use
Serve cream over strawberries, pineapple, bananas or blueberries.
If you want to get a little fancy, we, here in the U.S. have boxed cookies (ya'll call them biscuits, no?) that are called Vanilla Wafers(Looks like this http://www.american-trading.com/food/images/sn acks/vwafers.jpg ). They are great for making the crust for cheese cake when crushed, by the way. Mrs. C lines the bottom of small glass dessert bowls with a few of the wafers, places a mix of blueberries and pineapple on top, fills with the above Almond Cream and tops with a few slivered almonds for crunch. It needs to be served within about an hour of preparation so the wafers don't get soggy...
fresh fruit salad soaked in fresh orange juice and a touch of lemon juice. served with a natural live yoghurt or greek yoghurt and those with a sweet tooth to add a little molasses sugar or the really dark sugar as it just melts
very healthy and does not take to long to make. i love this dessert.....My Favourite and you cant get it in restuarants anywhere
