I have a wireless mouse and keyboard (Labtech but not an expensive set) and am finding that the mouse pointer is very jerky and twitchy at times. I can be moving the pointer around a site then all of a sudden it jumps to say the other side or the top of the screen.... very odd behaviour for a normally well behaved wee critter !! Does anyone have any idea why it is doing this ? I can't find any obvious settings to change in the Control Panel/Mouse....

Hey, nice one Builder - I'd not thought of that - I shall change the batteries over (I'm on the rechargeable ones) and see if Mouse behaves himself then..... Thanks.

Hi mine won't work on a light colour needs to be dark plain colour mat or darts all over the place. Try changing what you use underneath it.

Assure that the receiver portion is not near any electrical circuit. Make sure, for example, that it's at least six inches away for the computer, same for its distance from your monitor or speakers...

lol LMAO - it's a wireless mouse.. and has no balls !

Thanks Clanad - I'd not thought of it being too close to the 'puter.... Juggs moves laptop away from mouse.... just in case it's that ! (I can't abide the silly tracker ball that came with the lappie so I simply bought an extra wireless and keyboard and plugged them into the back of the laptop) ...

Whoops I really need to read posts properly soz
