I'm getting an Extension built on my house, what would the total gross wall and area be in Sq Metre if the extension is 44ft in Length and 13ft in width and say 8ft in height, i havnt got a clue how to work it out and it serves me right for not paying attention at school, but id appreciate some help.

To convert feet to metres multiply by 0.3048

To work out the square meterage of each wall multiply the length in metres by the height in metres.
53.14 m^2, according to Google, for the area of the extension.

The walls will be of area 32.70 m^2 and 9.66 m^2.

Your 13ft long walls will be 9.659 Sq Metres each
Your floor area will be 53.134 Sq metres
