aww nuts I slept through it, I slept through the last one and the epicenter for that one was only a couple of mile away :S
another bed to shake tonight then
We were talking about it when I dropped the kids off at school this morning. a lot of people said they slept through it, can't understand how! Lol! x
nothing happened dorset
I'm gutted. I slept right through it, as did the dog who normally hears everything ! Everyone else in our village seems to have felt it.
I was having sex with the wife at the time and the noise of the quake NEARLY woke her up!!
Hi Whiskysheri - nice to hear from another MK bod!
I thought I was going mad. I woke up and felt my house "moving" I thought it was my heating playing up! Then I thought I was dreaming.

woke up this morning and said to kids, did you feel the house move last night......no one did!!

only when my sister said to me there was an earthquake last night (she was working at time)

God, I felt so relieved, as I thought I had gone a bit mad! lol
Well we're all still here, but my youngest son was really terrified. I'd hate to imagine how we'd all feel if there was a really "big one". It makes you appreciate how the people who live in areas prone to earthquakes must feel, doesn't it? x
Ice, my kids slept through it.

But I was talking to sis about this today, and said exactly what you have
Although the earthquake, and any other disasters are scary, I'm glad to hear that all you guys have safely and soundly survived the earthquake. xx

Hello there Icy! x How are you doing? So true, one never knows unless they've actually experienced ...
There's always those who're worse off than ourselves. It was the same when we had all the flooding. I felt so sorry for everyone who were flooded out of their homes - and yet it pales into significance when you consider tsunamis, etc., doesn't it? We're quite lucky to live in the UK really.
