theonlyone, havent started yet, finish present job in two wks, waiting on paper work being completed, might even get a couple of weeks of before i start!

And back to not sleeping! grrrr, know i shouldnt but my mum gave me sleeping tabs, but havent as yet taken any, tempted!though

i know, i had some a few years ago after a major operation, only took one, and slept for two days! that was enough for me! i think the fact that i know they are there helps? does that sound daft?

Not at all- I know what you mean! I've got 28 temazepam in my bedside drawer, which are probably past their use-by date now.
