Freeview trouble

Hi,
My freeview box is out of sync! To be more specific, theaudio is out of sync with the visual picture, can anyone help me with this?

This used to happen with my old box, I used to turn it off and on again to fix it
Atmospheric conditions are bad for reception today.

I agree with Ace - switch the box off and switch it on again.
i have to do what Ace suggests or mine goes wonky
seems to happen if you switch between TV and Freeview and back, or if youve hit the mute button, it loses its synch

Thank you, I'll try turning it off then on again, suprisingly, this issue didn't come up in the "troubleshooting" section!
Mine does this sometimes.
I find that if I change channel for a few seconds when I go back to the original channel I was watching it has sortd it self out.
