Can't remember his full name but I think might have been Patrick..something? The same guy in the helicopter in The Barratt homes ads and did the voiceovers in Two Tribes by Frankie goes To Hollywood based on the Protect and Survive public information films of the late 70's and early 80's...?
....just remembered his surname...Patrick Allen!!...hope I'm right?
it was an ex Radio one DJ called Tom Browne, who after leaving radio in the late 70's did quite a few voice overs for telly adverts etc. Lovely, velvety voice....
