I've been feeling a bit low lately.

you know what it's like, it doesn't rain, it pours. just alot of stress all at once and nothing to look forward to or be happy about.

what do you do to cheer yourself up? tried eating an obscene amount of chocolate but its not doing the trick!

choccy wont help, nor will drink, nor will drugs or anything really.

Just go out, go to places you wouldnt have otherwise book a holliday, go for a day trip, get out and meet people, you may enjoy it!

Don't think about the bad things, concentrate on the good things. There must be some!
Mini I don't wish to say your problems aren't that bad because I don't know if they are and am fully aware of depression as I have had friends with this disorder. Depression needs treatment .
Work, home and all the stresses are hard but I always, always remind myself how lucky we are, we have all we need in this country, roof over our head, kids aren't hungry, could be a lot, lot worse.
Check out the sport relief website for real hardship abroad. Just look at what you really have xxx
