i am just doing a quick survey of what people think the best season of roswell was and why? please respond whith comments of why.

I am stuck between season 1 and 2 - the first season - the whole story started and you got to know the characters but in the second there was all the stuff with Tess and the doubles which was a bit weird but I'm annoyed that the third was only shown on SkyOne as it wasn't well advertised and was finishing when I found out and BBC2 is refusing to show it.  I don't know what happened after Tess went back in that machine and if she had a baby and how it ended - any ideas - was the third good???
