Weight Watchers, someone i work with is on it at the weight is falling off and she said its dead easy!
slimming world is good i go to it ...i know some people that have lost a lot of weight on it ...i dont do that well coz i dont stick to it ...slimming world you can ea a lot of food that dont count ...look at web page

Hi lil - I went to a Slimming World class last year and didn't like it. I joined Weightwatchers in January and I've lost over 10lbs already. I do the Core Plan which I find easiest to combine with working full-time as I don't have to do much weighing/measuring. At the end of the day, we all know what we SHOULD do (eat less, exercise more) but get into the right mindset first and then you'll be able to stick to it!
However you choose to lose weight, I wish you good luck!


Found weight watchers really easy and I worked full time. Lost half a stone when I did it!!!!
I just joined WW (again) Monday night. It is not too bad. My sister is also on it so it is a little easier for preparing meals, etc.. I am hungry, hopefully this will get better. I have a long way to go.

MK66- I don't think I am disciplined enough for core. It seems like men do well this. All the men in my group are on it.
Hi EngTeach - I used to eat 2-3 chocolate bars a day and have managed to give that up! I found some willpower from somewhere (for the first time in years), I just wish I could bottle it and sell it!! Having said that, this week hasn't been so good because I'm off work so not so busy. I only don't do the points plan because I cannot be ar$ed with weighing and measuring everything I eat. I'd rather know that I can have my normal breakfast (cereal, skimmed milk & canderel), bowl of soup and a low fat yogurt or fruit for my lunch and a normal dinner (with potatoes, pasta or brown rice). I need to start doing some exercise so am joining dance classes next week. I too have a long way to go (about 3 stone!). Good luck to all dieters!

Hi Yes I will be posting my weight tomorrow but I haven't lost any I don't think I have been following it and I was thinking of trying weight watchers as I think slim world isn't working for me anymore
I am getting very disheartened but haven't binged or broke the plan although I nearly did today
On monday I have gone one month with no chocolate or cakes
I am going to start having a little that is counted in my plan

Well I am out tonight too and will be having few glasses of wine and possibly a take away so will be same as you
I am cleaning my house in the morning before weigh in!!
