Hi EngTeach - I used to eat 2-3 chocolate bars a day and have managed to give that up! I found some willpower from somewhere (for the first time in years), I just wish I could bottle it and sell it!! Having said that, this week hasn't been so good because I'm off work so not so busy. I only don't do the points plan because I cannot be ar$ed with weighing and measuring everything I eat. I'd rather know that I can have my normal breakfast (cereal, skimmed milk & canderel), bowl of soup and a low fat yogurt or fruit for my lunch and a normal dinner (with potatoes, pasta or brown rice). I need to start doing some exercise so am joining dance classes next week. I too have a long way to go (about 3 stone!). Good luck to all dieters!
