Are we still able to send personal messages on AB?

I tried beta a couple of days ago and received an error message, and I cant see the option in the sports section anymore.

I've found that it sometimes throws a thromby if I try to reply to a PM. I've got round it by copying my message and sending it as a new message to that person rather than a reply to theirs.

haysi, it sounds like the box for messages is now un-ticked! Go to your profile in sports ab, scroll down to the bottom and tick the box that says you want to use personal messages and that should sort it x

Thanks, the box was indeed unticked and I have reticked it, accepted a friendship invitation, laughed at a PM from a certain lady on this thread (and I use the term loosely PMSL) and am good to go!

Hi haysi, i have tried to log in on the sports section and it just keeps saying, invalid password, i have 4 new P.M.s and i cannot access them, it's sooooo frustrating.
I e.mailed the ED and she told me the technical team are very busy at the moment, they are Rewriting the A.Bank.

hi megan, hope you get your password problem sorted soon. Some websites actually replicate PMs in the email that they send you. Perhaps AB could adopt this practice?
