IS  IT  AGAINST  THE  LAW  TO  HAVE  A  CAGED  PET  BIRD  ON  A  PUB  BAR  TOP.

I don't know if it's illegal, but I don't think it would be very wise to keep a parrot on a pub bar top? It could be quite unnerving for the poor thing - especially in a smokey atmosphere & of course if it gets a bit rowdy in there at times. That's only my opinion though.

I don't think it's illegal, but like Smudge I think it's thoughtless and cruel.    A  birds breathing mechanism is very sensitive and the smoke would damage it.

whilst larger exotic birds require alot of stimulation thinkk this could be bit too much.  as stated by others smoke v v dangerous to caged birds, they are much more susceptible to carcinogens than us and likely to get severe probs in short time
