Hello, I use Windows XP and I am on a Wireless network at home which belongs to my landlord and I share with other housemates.

Could someone please let me know how can I stop them seeing the websites that visit - I know that the administrator for the network has access to that info.

No, I don't go to porn websites...I know what you are thinking! I just want privacy.

Thank you to you all in advance.

I'm pretty sure that even using a "portable" solution would still leave the router's logs showing sites visited. Using something like Tor might help, as the router's log will probably only show the node that you connected to.
stop visiting porn sites, then no worries.

;-)
only kidding
Mobile Safari won't help.

You need to use Tor (assuming you can't VPN into another server somewhere).
