BBCi player - Greyed out

Any ideas how I can get the BBCi player to work? - The screen appears and gives me options on what I want to watch, but then just sits there in a Greyed out look!

you probably dont have the right codec or softwere to run it, as in it might be a certain file that you dont have the diver for eg. avi, mpg, divX, mpeg, flv (flash) they are called codecs, as you might know already, you could download a pack or fins out what codec u need, i would assume it is a flv flash file, which you can download via the adobe website, or macromedia site, or it might just be beacause you dont have the right software... like real payer, windows media player or DivX webplayer, i think bbci runs on real player, so download that, or update it

Are you in the UK? BBCiplayer is only for the UK (I think).
