A steam steriliser is great (I had an Avent one for years). You need one for dummies even if you breat feed (don't give-up too quickly - it may not be easy to start with but worth it in the long run and you'll save a fortune on milk).Clean limescale out with vinegar (from the steriliser, not your boobs). You can easily find them at car boot sales if cost is an issue. Don't put plastic baby bits in the dishwasher because everything goes orange with the tomato & curry sauces!
i used a steam one with my 1st child but bought a microwave one for my 2nd child as i was running out of sockets and space on the counter for the steam one. as someone said the microwave one can also be used with sterilising tablets and i did do that on occasion. good luck and do what is right for you with regards to feeding. don't let anyone bully you into doing something you don't want to.
