It's amazing what meditation in a dark room can do for ones psyche - a whole lot-a good. For those with the time and will, it's worth experiencing.

I suppose i am lucky i dont know anyone like that < and it was a shock to me that there are people like that < but this have been going on for so long and i think enough is enough and something needs to be done
