Capt Blackburne and HMS Cracker circa 1895

I bought a mirror in an auction, and on the back it is inscribed R F Blackburne RN. I did some research and found he was the captain of a gunboat called HMS Cracker which served as a tender to HMS Royal Albert in about 1895 at the Crimean War. I've tried to find out if there are any living relatives of Capt Blackburne to see if they would like to have the mirror. Anybody got any ideas how I can go about this. I don't even know where he was from. Thank you.
