What was the music played in the final scenes and credits of the last episode in series five of The Sopranos, please? (Shown 2 Nov on E4, due to be screened 8 Nov on Channel 4).

Pretty sure it was by Van Morrison. I think New York was mentioned in the lyrics, aptly enough.
