I would recommend a Witch Hazel stick - its really good! I can't believe I didn't use it years ago! It might sting sometimes when you put it on, but that to me says its working. Since I've been using it, I've had less spots and when i do get the odd one, they dont even come up to the horrible yellow head cos i put the Witch Hazel on striaght away! Its brilliant!
Try Tea-Tree oil, either neat directly on your spots, wash your hands after though in case it goes in your eyes or use a facewash called Ketsugo from boots or superdrug or Australian Bodycare face wash, both have t-tree oil in them.
try looking on www.lush.co.uk and their skincare range - I use Angels on Bare Skin and it leave my skin really soft and helps clear up spots.
Have you tried Dianette? Its an oral contraceptive that really helps with spots. I had to come off it and now Im a bit spotty again :(
It worked wonders for me.
I guess this info is only useful if you are a girl tho!!
evening primrose oil is good for me, i take a double dose if i feel my skin getting bad and also a vitamin c tablet. the other thing i sometimes use to dry them out is that antibacterial powder you can get for babies belly buttons (i think thats its original use!). its a talcum powder basically but antibacterial and so if u dab that on after uve washed and dried ure face, it can help dry them out a bit plus kills bacteria! u do look a bit silly with white powder on ure face so make sure no fit guy/girl is about to drop by! xx

thanx guys xx
I find that my skin is best when I get my face washes right - I use the Clinique soap and liquid soaps when my skin is particularly oily and Clarins Gentian cleansing lotion for oily skin when it's feeling a bit sore and sensitive. The Clarins is also great for getting makeup off. Also, I never use moisturiser unless my skin feels dry (such as in winter or when I've been outside walking etc). A lot of dermatologists (including Eve Lom) say that moisturiser causes more problems than it solves (and makes your skin go too soft and therefore wrinkly and saggy) and it should not be used on a daily basis. It took me a few days after being told this by my facialist to get used to it - my skin felt tight at first - but within a week my skin was better than ever, had less spots, and seemed to have a good moisture balance without using a moisturiser. Of course, you can still use a sun block to keep the wrinkles at bay too. As for tea tree oil, I know lots of people who swear by it but I can't stand the smell either and find it's too harsh for my skin. Hope this helps.
well , i started using that ROC microdermabrasion kit worked wonders on my skin and a good cleanser for example clean and clear and a good spot cream from the chemist called quinoderm have a few now and again but no major flare ups !!!! hope that helps let me know how u get on xx
Clinique Anti-Blemish Solution soap is the best ive ever used, doesnt dry your skin, keeps the spots at bay!!! 10.00, and last for ages. Good Luck !
