Trouble sleeping? Trouble even getting into and out of bed? Trouble turning over in bed? Physically unable to stop eating? Ungainly fuzzy bits? breaking into hot sweats at the thought of climbing the stairs? Unable to get in the bath for the fear of not being able to get out again afterwards?

Come and air your moans and whinges here..... XX

lol snap! Look at the thread below this one.
sorry nat, ive just replied on psy's

will share a funny with you though, about baths!

Last time around i had finished soaking in bath one eve and i sat up to let water out. I didnt get out straight away as was trying to get energy and enthusiasm up (you know how it is lol)

Anyway, the water left the bath very quickly, faster than usual and i couldnt work out why. Until i looked around that is.

I was so wide that id actually become a dam for my own bath. The level of water behind me was up to full and yet there was none in front

PMSL @ Red

Ok, since yours was there first Psy I shall ask any further posters to redirect themselves to your post - no point doubling on things, I have very little energy as it is!

I can't post the link though as I am working from another office today and the pc is prehistoric, I ask it to do something fancy it crashes.
lol well technically we did post at the same time but mine must have been just seconds before yours. Shall we just go wherever the answers go?

I had actually left it a while before posting because I was waiting for red to do it as it was her idea lol

Speaking of baths, are you all able to get ok by yourself? I cant :( I can stand back up ok but cant lift my legs out so my boyfriend has to do that for me lol
i can get out but my stomach muscle goes very strange and i get like a camels hump in middle of my belly.

Last night though i didnt want to move, baby was having some sort of dance about that hurt and i could almost feel its little legs clicking as it moved about. I was scared to move at all for about 20mins

Oh and i didnt post first as i knew chances were one of you would at same time lol

*tuts*
I was waiting for Red to post too...... hey ho.

Well in comparison to you both I am positively spritely! LOL
I am able to get in and out of the bath, just it takes A LOT of effort and huffing and puffing, followed by a layd own - it usually takes me quite a while, I really have to pace myself, but it is usually easier to call 'im upstairs so he can help me out although I am still able to do it meself when I put my mind to it :-)

I shall stop moaning about it until I am unable to lift my legs LOL
Hi ladies, how strange, I was just thinking of coming on here for a moan. I'm SOOOOOO fed up at the moment. I'm not sleeping because I'm constantly uncomfortable and because I can't turn in bed my bloody hips hurt all the time. I can't put my shoes on anymore, walking up the stairs is like walking up Everest and I'm possibly the most irritable person on the planet at the moment. I keep droping things and then shouting at the object that I dropped (as though it dropped itself on purpose) because I have to bend down and pick it up which is as hard to do as walking up the stairs.
I can't wait for mini MB to be born so that I can have my body back.
Midwife thinks I'm a little further on that we originally thought so I'll probably be a week or two early.
Not long for you Psy now is it, a week or something?
Just wanted to say to "bless you all", I remember it sooo well.
Red, I used to get the weird tipee effect when I tensed my tummy muscles. I think its to do with the abdominal muscles separating as you bump gets bigger. I had a 3cm gap when Spencer was born, the mw was quite impressed!

Psy, have you really only got a week to go? OMG! I'm so excited.

Natalie, I managed my "ungainly fuzzy bits" (LOL) by erm...how should I say...shaving by braille! When I went into labour I sat in the bath trying to wield a razor around my bikini line. God knows what I must have looked like but at the time it was VERY important that I had a neat bikini line.

Apart from the normal aches and pains I hope you're all feeling well xx

I wished it was only a week lol Saying that, its will be two weeks on Monday so not too bad. (She says through gritted teeth!) Im due on the 25th but Warpig is due on the 20th so technically she is next but Im determined to beat her to it lol

Mountainboo, your problem with picking things up after you have dropped them has reminded me of the deal I have with my 7 year old. When she gets in from school, she takes off my boots and I take off hers. Thats fair isnt it? lol It will be nice to be able to tuck her into bed properly again myself though. As the stairs are such a struggle for me now, my boyfriend tends to do that and when I do it, I cant even get down to cover her up and kiss her goodnight. She has to stand on the bed to say goodnight and go tuck herself up!

Im so tired and have been awake for ages now. Each time I had to go to the toilet during the night, I was getting mild pains in my tummy after I got back in bed and kept wondering if it was all starting but I think my body is just messing with me :(
Ive also just realised my tummy looks like a plucked chicken :(

Dont laugh, Im sulking!!

Good morning ladies :-)

I have been unable to get online over the weekend, and was off work yesterday so couldn't get on then either.

I feel poo today, worse than usual. Sunday night I had a fabulous sleep and felt wonderful yesterday, I loved being pregnant and met my two friends and spent the afternoon with their 2year old daughters in the park in the sunshine. Today, however, I feel Crap with a capital C. I slept so badly last night, like mountainboo, my hips ached all night, I very nearly shoved my fella out of the bed altogether because despite having a kingsize bed I am sure he was taking up more of my side than his. My hair is like so crazy bogt brush, even though when I went to bed last night it was ok. I feel bloated and whale like and I just want to go to bed and wake up tomorrow whe it will be a better day.

AND! AND AND AND AND AND.... despite pushing my belly out as far as possible (I am quite pbviously pregnant now, there is NO mistaking it). I stood all the way on the bus as nobody offered me a seat. I really felt like either having a diva style strop and screaming "I'm 33 weeks pregannt you horrible lot!" or having an Audrey Hepburn style fainting fit and making everyone feel awful. Instead I opted for bubbling away and silently cursing everybody who was sat down.
oh Natalie, those days are just awful arent they? And theres not a lot you can do apart from try and get as comfy as you can with lots of pillows.

I slept badly last night and feel rough too, mr CRX says i was snoring so loudly he couldnt sleep either. I caught him at 2am eating a bar of chocolate, he is sneaking it in when he thinks im not looking as Im not allowed it, what a git eh?

Im gonna try and have a quiet day working at home (haha) and wait for psys news of baby psy's arrival!
maybe they saw size of your bump and worried you may never get out of the seat again??? lol thats what would happen to me :)

Psy's baby?! Agh! I am just catching up, albeit it very slowly..... (I just nipped out to get a doughnut to cheer myself up but the two shops I went into didn't have any on display so I had to descend and climb the four flights of steps to my office for naff all.... going to be on of those days I fear). I guess at least I have the option of eating a doughnut (if i could get near one) so shouldn't complain. Diabetic chocolate just aint the same is it?

What is the news with Psy? How exciting! Has she gone into labour then?
see the thread above this.
It looks as if baby is well on way, or may even be here by now.
Itll be our turn soon!

Sorry you couldnt find donuts :(

I have just read through it. Must be a weekend for it, my friend was taken to hospital Sunday with her twins (she was released Sunday night and they going to deliver by C-Section Thursday if boys haven't turned by then), I know of two others that gave birth yesterday and a friend's sister in law also gave birth yesterday too to a 10lb-er!

7weeks for me now..... It's getting scarily close!
i know someone from my mums board who had a 10lber yesterday
Question Author
Makes me wince, but seeing as I was the smallest baby on my mum's side at just shy of 9lb, and all babies on my dad's side have been at least 10lb I guess I should be bracing myself..... :-(
my mums heaviest (out of 4) was 8lbs. But my first was 9lbs 6oz, this one is expected to be bigger.

I had a short and quite easy birth though so it doesnt relate to size of baby, try not to worry
