Only if you have a chipped 360 which will mean you can't play on Live or if you buy PAL games from abroad which would defeat the object really.

If you can play NTSC games, then you'll need a TV capable of displaying NTSC media which most older TVs will not do

a few games are region free and can be imported such as all ubisoft games eg ghost recon,rainbow 6 and splinter cell.
there is a point as these can be bought for approx �25 inc P&P which is obviously a significant saving.
