NEXT with Nicholas Cage

I have just watched a DVD of the Nicholas Cage film named "NEXT" and a highly entertaining load of old tosh it was too.
The concept, story and directoral interpretation were all average enough to keep me watching contentedly...........until it reached the end. Then, the "proverbial" hit the fan because although I can interperet the ending in a number of ways including taking into account that the credits scrolled in the wrong direction and even the play-out music sounded backwards, none of my conclusions strike me as satisfactory.

Now, I am sure that loads of people who have not seen the film but have nothing better to do will offer me their "highly amusing" opinions and I am prepared to undergo that questionable pleasure to make contact with somebody out there who has actually watched the film and has a clue as to what the ending actually meant.

Do you know what. I saw it a few months ago and it was that bad I have forgotten the ending.

All I can recall is him running through a warehouse and telling the FBI where the snipers are before they take aim and shoot them.

Terrible movie.

I can see that you really are on the ball. As if I wouldn't know all of that having just seen the film and what you thought of it does sweet nothing to answer the question so brothers as a supplementary question "Why did you bother?" (see remark at the end of the question which accounts for jokes but you are a pair of jokers)

I can not recall the movies' ending, but I can assure you that at the time it made sense.
