I would suggest a blender over a juicer as a juicer leaves the gunk out. A blender would include it all and I should imagine the junk would make it a more filling drink.

Many thanks meglet
Looks like a trip back to Tesco :o(
Hi nobby and megan hope your both ok ?
I do pop on AB most days i seem to just read them now a days ...
Was that not mainly due to her breast reduction -lol
Thats basically the diet I am on -just made it up to suit myself and the weight loss is excellent.
A blender would be my recommendation -im just eating loads of fruit everyday so much the same.
Also no carbs at all.
Has Katie had a little surgical help as well
Yeah she has had more than a little Mary -well documented.
Hi Dris my love, how's you, i have always fancied making smoothies but i will have to get a blender, lol Dris, is it just fruit that you have? i could do with loosing about 8lb, love and hugs to ya, and you to mr k, love megan. xxxxxx
Hi megan ma wee darling.
No I have chicken or vegetables as well Much the same as what the link says except I dont blend my fruit etc.
I have lost 3stone -in as many months- still a bit to go but on track -its not boring you get used to it.

You will easily lose that in a week maximum if you stick to it -no alcohol and loads of water.

Good Luck xxxx

O forgot Green Tea supplements -which Tescos have run out of -bleeding nuisance as I have been taking them for the 3 months or more.(everyone now knows that they are a great anti-oxident and also aid weight loss -drat -wanted to keep that to myself -lol.

Nice to see ya hun xxx
Having read the recipe and the comments- it appears that you need both, you juice the majority of ingredients , then blend in the avacado and some apple with the juice that you have made and some ice. Comments seem to say that the celery doesn't blend properly and the texture is too thick if you only blend. i agree it will be more filling if you blend and don't juice, but I don't think it significantly affects the weight loss.
Congratulations Dris my love, that's a good weight loss, and thank you for the tip about the green tea supplements, i have tried drinking green tea and i could not get to likeing it, i will look out for the supplements,
See you soon hun, love and big hugs to ya, megan. xxxxx
