Anyone recommend good firm of solicitors who will take on a Civil Case (Debt Recovery) on Legal Aid or No Win No Fee Basis

A need firm of Human Rights Solicitors to take on West Yorkshire Police in dispute over wrongful seizure of vehicle

Legal Aid is not available for debt recovery.

And I doubt any solicitor would take the police on in a no win, no fee basis for seizing a vehice.

What are the circumstances?
