I know what this is, and as i have a mortgage I get letters occasionally telling me ofr a rise in the rate, can anyone tell me how many roses there have been this year that would have meant an interest rise on my mortgage?

Thankyou

Dotty

P.S. If I sound like i know what I mean do not be fooled, i may need further advice lol

thank you factor39, is it allowed that my mortgage company put the rate up by +.35% instead of +.25% on 1st june 2007? Oh and they have not put the rate down after the drop in the base rate in december either.
yes- they can put rate up or down as much as they want, but most want to remain competitive
