It is breach of the Animal Byproduct Regulations 2005

Penalties can range from a fine up to �5000 or 6 months imprisonment

Check with any barrister. They have all been called to the baaaaa.

depends why it died and how isolated you are. chances are they'll never know, but if it's serious report it.
