I am thinking about getting the nintendogs game for the nintendo DS lite.

I know that the animals carry on living after you turn the game off.

But if you take the game out of the nintendo does the game pick up from where you left it when you play again?

It is all stored so yes, you can carry on where you left off. I've had the game for a couple of years and it's all still there when I occ pick it up again!
