If you mean Child Maintenance, then it will all depend on the circumstances all of the individuals involved and it reflects the conditions applied in the court ruling. It is normally until the child has completed full time education.

For child maintenance purposes, someone is a child if they are aged:

� under 16, or
� under 19 and in full-time education doing a course that is not higher than A level or an equivalent standard.
