seat ibiza cam belt change

im viewing a car this pm. pls tell me when the above should be done (milage / or years) please.

Not sure for the Seat, but its usually around 50, 000 miles, but im sure someone will correct me

its usually 70000 on seats, same as vw`s

You skip a cam belt change at your peril financially.

i myself as a former mechanic would change the belt and guides/tensioners at every 40,000 miles and 3 years. whichever first.
