What is (roughly) the UK equivalent of a 3.7 GPA? Is it around a good 2.1?

I've had a quick look on the Internet, and I don't think it's easy to exactly translate the two systems, but from what I have found, a 3.7 is probably on the borderline between a very good 2.1 and a First.
