I physically cannot eat most fish - oily fish has made me sick most of my life when I eat it and slowly white fish has made me feel the same over the last few years. I can still eat salmon but that's about it.

Can anyone suggest good sources of omega 3 that i can eat without worrying too much about extra calories. I do sometimes grab a handful of nuts but again you have to watch how much you eat.

Walnuts, tofu, flax seeds (crushed or ground) or flaxseed oil (not heated but served in a dressing) are apparently veggie sources of Omega 3 - more info here
or just take a high strength omega 3 fish oil capsule, which is what i do. then you don't have to worry about getting enough in your food or how many extra calories you're eating.
I can't eat fish either (like Vasquoy) and I found the fish oil capsules made me rather poorly; they had the same effect (albeit to a lesser degree) as fish has on me.
