Thank you all. Just the reflexology question now.
The big toe has spots that lie on meridians to the hypothalamus, brain, mastoid, spine, and pituitary gland. The second and third toes connect to the eyes. The third and little toes join the ear.

The question must be a little ambiguous. Should I settle on the Big Toe?
I wouldnt settle on it too hard or you will get a pain in your head!

Point taken, Grasscarp!
Thank you all.
Technical point re 4) a desert is defined as an area with very little precipitation. This means that actually, although there is no piece of Antarctica that we have named a desert, Antarctica is in fact the largest desert in the world. So I'd tend to say that the question was wrong - not that that ever gets you very far with quiz setters in my experience!

Quote from Wikipedia: Antarctica is the world's largest cold desert (composed of about 98 percent thick continental ice sheet and 2 percent barren rock).

Thanks Dundurn. Some of the other questions are definitely 'iffy' but I've enjoyed doing the quiz and will send it in. This is a small monthly quiz with a prize of 10. I won it early last year & will keep my fingers crossed this time!
