Whilst the below is a warming story to a degree, I am shocked that the parents did not know the colour of their daughters eyes?

I am not a family man, but the surely the time spent playing with toddlers etc, a parent should surely have noticed?

Could be worse - some don't know if they have a girl or a boy!
I read another story about something similar a few months back, the eye looks normal when you look at the child but shows up in photos because of the flash. Its a good job the parents didn't just ignore the photo!
Poor little soul.

For the record - oldest and middle daughters' eyes are grey/green, youngest's are dark brown, and no I didn;t have to check pictures first!
I believe as daffy said that sometimes this is only apparent in photos because of the flash -perhaps the depth of that eye was lesser due to the tumour resulting in the flash rebounding quicker.Wow -think I surpassed myself there -lol

My oldest has grey eyes and my youngest has green eyes.
