Picture messaging Sony Ericsson w580i

My daughter has got a Sony Ericsson w580i but it won't let her send or receive picture messages. I went on the Orange website and found the faq column and it told me to put her number in then they would send me a password by text and once I had replied yes to the text the settings would work, but no.......
Help !!!!!

i had this with the k510i I rang the orange helpline 450 after trying the website and they reset it and told me the phone had to be turned off for at least 10 mins after replying to the text for the settings to work.

I don't want to ring Orange cos it's always a foreigner that I talk to which is a nightmare cos I can't understand them. I have emailed them so I'm hoping they will get back to me.
If not I will give them a ring.

Yippee !! I finally got through to Orange.......and got a nice English man. ( no offence to anyone who isn't English !! )
He did the settings for me and it works ! One happy daughter. ♥
