33a Seyton (not 'the old') possibly? (4) S_EN, so I have SYEN which is anag of SEYTON less T(he) O(ld), and could mean a young person, but does anyone have anything more convincing?

and as you've found - Syen is a variant spelling of Scion - which can mean a young member of the family
