News on 3rd oct 06 or 21 dec 07 on rape/child porn

Hello, i have been told some information and been refered to a newspaper, but unfortunetly i cant find one from 21 dec 07 or 3rd oct 06, and i was wondering if you can help me. The man was jailed on 21st dec 07 for i believe childporn and rape on his daughter. This may sound strange but i need to know if this actually happened, if what was said is true , if this moster was jailed on this date or around. The location is Scotland, North Lanarkshire. the date 3rd oct 06 or around was the date his daughter spoke out to the police.

However, i looked in daily record archives and cant find anything.

Please post me a link or if you happen to have a newspaper from that time, please let me know if theres anythin like this in it. It is important to me.

The reason you can't find anything is because reporting would be limited - naming him would identify the daughter which the courts will not allow, especially if she is a minor.

If you have a valid reason for needing the information, speak to the police.
