Any one know how to work out how many units i have used on my new meteric gas meter? my old cubic foot meter was easy, you just took off your old meter reading from your new bill and you knew how many units you had used. Well 8 weeks ago i had new meteric meter fitted, starting with 0000 reading, within 8 weeks it all ready reads 336 and the dial goes round really quick, do they work out the units used differently, its scarey because if that were the amount of units ive used it would be 300 all ready, it must be different, or i have a dodge meter..

Don't know about dodge meter.I have the new prepayment card one. My credit gas before xmas was about 40.When I put another 10 pound in the reading went right up to 90.I rang and girl asked for the reading. She told me not to put in anymore gas.and use it. I will have to next week to keep my credit up so god knows what might happen. She said probably nothing could be done .I WISH. I bet it will be added on and I will have to pay it.
