There are 3 houses and an industrial premises. Access is by a road about 150mtrs long and the width is approximately 4 metres only. The industrial premises have turning space within the site.
A planning application has been submitted for a further 3 houses.
Is there a requirement for a minimum width for an access road when the number of houses increases to 6?
