Do you mean the plinky plonky theme tune ? If so - I dont think it has a name a such but you can download it on the net somewhere - I think Peter Kays website - as my wife had it on her phone for ages.

The plinky 'Pheonix Nights' theme is by Toni Baker. It's only about 15 seconds long, and if you can't get hold of it anywhere else, it's on a CD called 'The Best of Peter Kay - So Far'.
